I do not believe that is the point.

To me, sxx is not something we arrive at. It is a continually unfolding relationship with ourselve

Difficult with friends, with partners, even with a practitioner whose role is to support those conversations.

Why wouldn't it be? 

Sxx sits at the intersection of culture, religion, family, politics and power
View fullsize There is a lot of messaging around sxx, intimacy, and pleasure.  More openness. More confidence. More aliveness. More expression.

While some of it can be supportive, I wonder what it does to the nervous system when all that messaging starts to feel
