Embodied Erotic Workshops in Melbourne
Experiential workshops exploring sexuality, intimacy, embodiment, and your relationship with your erotic self.
Through small-group somatic sexology workshops in Melbourne, we explore sexuality beyond performance, expectation, and the idea that intimacy is something we simply learn through techniques.
These workshops offer a body-led approach to understanding your erotic life. Through guided practices, reflection, and connection with others, you will be invited to notice your sensations, explore your experiences, and develop a deeper relationship with your embodied erotic power.

What if you could trust your body to tell you what you want?
Building an Embodied Erotic Life is an experiential sexuality workshop in Melbourne designed to support a deeper connection with your body, your eroticism and your capacity for intimacy.
This workshop will be offered as two separate workshops: one for women and gender-diverse people, and one for couples.
Through guided somatic practices, reflection and partner exercises, we explore how your body communicates, how you experience pleasure and connection, and how you can develop greater clarity in your erotic life.
This is not about becoming better at sex.
It is about developing a deeper relationship with yourself so your sexuality is guided by your body, rather than pressure, performance or expectation.
-
Together, we will explore:
Your body’s signals, sensations and responses.
Your relationship with pleasure, intimacy and eroticism.
The language of your erotic life and communicating what is true for you.
The dynamics of giving, receiving, allowing and taking in intimacy.
A more embodied relationship with sexuality beyond pressure and expectation.
-
